TABLE, CHAIRS AND CEREMONY SET UP
Basic floor setup is included in the rental rate. Any furniture that requires moving from the original set up is the responsibility of the renter.
All decorations must be coordinated through The Bromley event representatives. All decorating is the responsibility of the renter and will not be carried out by Bromley staff. All decorating must be done within the 2-hour setup time allotted for the event. All decorations must also be cleaned up and removed at the conclusion of the reception within the 1-hour time allowed. No decorations may be left at The Bromley. The Bromley prohibits the use of confetti, glitter, beads, rice, silly string, sparklers, floating lanterns, fog machines, staples, nails, tacks screws, hooks and artificial flowers. No open-flamed candles are allowed, but battery operated candles are approved. Only real flower petals, birdseed, or bubbles may be used as “confetti” during the wedding.
Any damage to the barn, bridal cottage, event lawn, grounds, or course caused by the guests or decorations is the financial responsibility of the person renting the facility. These costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Outside alcohol is allowed at The Bromley. Beer and wine may be served by family, friends, or set up as a self-service bar. However, guests choose to serve spirits they must have a TIPS certified trained service staff on site to serve.
Wedding cake may be brought in during the 2-hour set up window. Bromley Farms does not have a refrigerator for your wedding. Wedding cake must be cut and served by the renter and are not the responsibility of the event coordinator or staff.
Clients are allowed to use caterers and other vendors of their choosing. We do supply a list of reliable and proven vendors for your convenience. All vendors must coordinate arrangements for deliveries and staging of materials with The Bromley wedding coordinator.
Regardless of the start time of the event, all attendees and vendors must be offsite no later than 11:00 pm.
